With the suggestion from my husband, I decided to start Journaling again.
I’m holding onto a lot of things and after a meltdown yesterday and talking through it with Matt he suggested I journal and write myself a letter too.
Since today is my rest day, I slept an extra half an hour and then spent the morning writing til the kids got up (Well Collin is still sleeping bc I put oils on him before I came downstairs. lol)
So my plan is to journal each day. Release anything and put on paper whatever is going through my mind. I will also continue to read bc I LOVE reading and working on me. And my oils will become more of a constant throughout the day too (I mean sheesh…I have them all, I need to be more consistent each day. LOL)
I’m hoping the therapeutic manner of Journaling will help me release and move forward from things I’m holding on to.
